All our charms are made from authentic Sterling 925 silver. Depending on the design, some feature zircons, others have an enamel finish, some use synthetic materials for color variations, and a few include acrylic elements.
For the jewelry collection.
Depending on the product, some items are made from stainless steel (with or without PVD gold plating), while others are crafted from leather, polyester, copper, or acrylic.

Shipping time is typically mention under each and every product according to the product type and availability.
The delivery time is typically:
- 1-3 days inside Germany.
- 5-10 days in EU.
- 10-15 days outside EU
Note that delay may occur due to high seasons like Christmas or Blackfriday.
Eventually your order is being shipped via DHL economy shipping ( for inside and outside EU ) and Deutsch post ( For orders inside Germany ) with a live tracking number.
We provide according the EU law 30 days return time interval.
Orders can be returned if they are damaged during shipping, not the same as described, or have defects.
Refunds will be processed immediately after receiving the returned item.
If you wish to return the order without any of the aforementioned issues, you will need to pay for the return shipping.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
The order should be canceled within 24 hours from making the order.
