Shipping Policy:

• Delivery time is typically 15 to 25 days from order time.
• Free shipping for orders above 49 euros within Germany.

Return Policy:

• Orders can be returned if they are damaged during shipping, not the same as described, or have defects.
• If you wish to return the order without any of the aforementioned issues, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving the order.
  
• Refunds will be processed immediately after receiving the returned item.
